The Coleman’s have been missionaries to Europe since 1996. Jerry is the Europe Area Director and currently oversees FM work and initiatives in 10 European countries. Jan is a member of the Budapest mission team and often travels with Jerry. They want to reach Europe for Christ through establishing ministry environments; witnessing for Christ; multiplying healthy, biblical communities; and reproducing leadership.

Jim and Deb Wilson’s ministry focus has been on leadership development in the Philippines for the past 21 years. Particular emphasis has been given to Metro Manila (population 14 million) since 2003. Starting in 2010, however, their focus is expanding to Southeast Asia (seven countries) as Jim assumes the position of regional assistant to the Asia area director. They continue to administer the International Child Care Ministries program for the Northern Philippines. Deb will also continue to teach at Faith Academy, assisting children with learning challenges in addition to ministry with neighborhood children.

Don studied and graduated from the University of Minnesota.  He like other youth sought answers to what he would do the rest of his life.  Following his University graduation, He completed the two-year course of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa Oklahoma.
It was during the spring break at Rhema in 1982, that God gave him the opportunity to visit the Mission Field.  It was on this trip to Guatemala that missions began a part of his life.  Don has often said, “That from my time in Guatemala to present I have always known that Overseas would be home.”
Don moved to Central America on January 9th 1984. In 1993 he joined forces with Keith Hershey and Mutual Faith.  Don and Keith met each other years earlier while attending Rhema.
Since them He has headed up the Latin American office of Mutual Faith, which in Spanish is “Fe Mutua”
In 1995, Don married his lovely bride in July of that year.  Marjorie and Don are the parents of two children Rachel and Donnie.  As a Family, they reside in San Jose the capital city of Costa Rica.  It is from here they reach out into the region.
